What do clients say?
This page holds only real, permissioned client reviews — and the practice is new enough under this brand that the first ones are still being earned. Nothing here will ever be fabricated, incentivized, or borrowed. When clients close and choose to share their experience, their words appear below with their permission, the platform, and the date.
Every review that appears here will show, in full:
- The complete review text, unedited
- The reviewer's name — only with their written permission
- The platform it was posted on (Google, or directly to this site)
- The date of the review

Real reviews also take real time. The median Rexburg-metro listing now sits 86 days — median days on market, Rexburg metro area — up from 44 days in April 2026 and 65 days in August 2025, a market steadily slowing (Realtor.com data via FRED, August 2026) before going under contract, and closing runs weeks past that — so the first clients of this brand are, by the nature of the work, still mid-transaction. Their reviews will carry dates well after the handshake, because that is when the work they describe actually finished.

Why are there no reviews on this page yet?
Because this site is new and only real, permissioned reviews will ever appear here. Reviews are shown with the client’s full text, name (with written permission), the platform they were posted on, and the date. An empty page today is the price of that page meaning something later.
Where can I leave a review?
Through the review form at thereviewlink.com/r/kjre — a short guided form that helps you say what actually happened, hands you a copy of your review, and links you to where it can be posted publicly, such as Google or Zillow. You post it yourself — nothing is ever posted on your behalf, and nothing appears on this page without your written permission. A review can also be sent directly by email, with a note saying whether your name may be shown alongside it.
Are reviews ever paid for or edited?
No. No review is incentivized, purchased, or edited beyond trimming for length with the reviewer’s consent, and no fabricated review will ever appear here. Federal FTC rules ban fabricated and incentivized reviews, and this practice follows them to the letter.
How does Kjel ask for reviews?
After a closing or a significant milestone, clients get a simple request with prompts like what the situation was, what happened, and what stood out. Honest detail is the request — including anything that could have gone better.
Can I talk to a past client before hiring you?
Ask, and where a past client has agreed to be a reference, an introduction can be arranged. Nobody’s contact information is handed out without their explicit permission.
When will the first real reviews appear?
When the first closings finish. A transaction runs months from first showing to keys, and the request goes out at the milestone moments — so this page fills one closing at a time, never on a schedule.
What happens if a review is critical?
It stays, and it gets a straight reply. Suppressing or hiding honest negative reviews is one of the practices the FTC’s consumer-review rule bans outright — and a critique with a calm answer tells a future client more than ten perfect scores. What would come down: anything fake, anything a client did not write, anything posted by someone who was never a client.
Why does every review show its platform and date?
So it can be checked. A review you can trace back to its platform, carrying its date and the reviewer’s name (used with permission), is one you can weigh for yourself — which is the whole point of showing reviews at all.
